- Female adults and pediatric patients (≥ 12 years of age and weighing at least 40 kg) with uncomplicated UTI (uUTI) caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Citrobacter freundii complex, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, and Enterococcus faecalis. [5][2]
