- Streptococcal species

- Uncommon to rare:- Burkholderia mallei(glanders)
- Pasteurella multocida
- Nocardia species
- Atypical mycobacteria
- Sporothrix schenckii
- Filariasis
- Rickettsial species, especially Rickettsia sibirica mongolitmonae
- HSV- When whitlow involved.
