- Skin/soft tissue infections (not MRSA)
- Lower respiratory tract infections (pneumonia, bronchitis, COPD exacerbations) caused by S. pneumoniaeand H. influenzae.
- Gynecologic infections
- Intra-abdominal infections (acute gangrenous or perforated appendicitis and appendicitis with peritonitis)
- Uncomplicated and complicated urinary tract infections (pyelonephritis)
- Bacterial endocarditis
- Bacterial septicemia
- Bone/joint infections

- Diabetic foot infection
- MDR Gram-negative infections
