  • Anemia secondary to chronic renal failure.
  • Anemia secondary to AZT and low erythropoietin levels in HIV-infected pts.
  • Anemia secondary to chemotherapy.
  • Reduction of allogenic blood transfusion in pts with significant blood loss during surgery.

NON-FDA APPROVED USES
