  • Sulopenem etzadroxil/probenecid is indicated for treating uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTI) due to E. coli, K. pneumoniae or P. mirabilis in adult women with limited or no alternative oral antibacterial treatment options.[3]

  • Sulopenem etazdroxil/probenecid may be considered for the treatment of complicated UTI (cUTI) and pyelonephritis due to E. coli, K. pneumoniae or P. mirabilis as oral step-down therapy in adults who have limited or no alternative oral antibacterial treatment options.[4]
  • Sulopenem etazdroxil/probenecid may be considered for the treatment of complicated intra-abdominal infections (cIAI) due to appendicitis or intra-abdominal abscesses as oral step-down therapy in adults who have limited or no alternative oral antibacterial treatment options.[1]
