    • Anaerobes
    • E. coli
    • Group B Streptococcus
    • Mycoplasmaspp.
    • Ureaplasma urealyticum
    • Chlamydophila trachomatis
    • Neisseria gonorrhea
    • Candida (rare)
  • Listeria monocytogenes (transplacental)
  • Viruses may play a role in some cases (limited evidence): adenovirus, CMV
  • TB (consider if risk factors exist)
