  • Complicated urinary tract infections
  • Septicemia in combination with a beta-lactam (generally not used as aminoglycoside monotherapy)
  • Skin and skin structure infections
  • Intra-abdominal infections (in combination)
  • Lower respiratory tract infections in combination with a beta-lactam (generally not used as aminoglycoside monotherapy)
