FDA

Treatment of infections caused by methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus spp.

NON-FDA APPROVED USES

MSSA infections
- Endocarditis
- Bacteremia
- Osteomyelitis and septic arthritis
- Pneumonia
- Meningitis and brain abscess
- Skin and soft tissue infections, including diabetic foot, necrotizing fasciitis, and pyomyositis (strep and staph).
Coagulase staphylococcal infections when susceptible.
