    • Other Enterobacteriaceae
    • Pseudomonas aeruginosa
  • Gram-positive pathogens:
    • Enterococcus species
    • Other Gram-positive organisms, including Staphylococcus species (including S. aureus) and Streptococcus species
  • Sexually transmitted pathogens: C. trachomatis and other atypical pathogens (e.g., U. urealyticum) have been implicated
