  • Gram-negative bacterial pneumonia
  • Skin and soft tissue infections (caused by Gram-negative bacilli)
  • Complicated and uncomplicated urinary tract infections
  • Intra-abdominal infections (in combination with metronidazole)
  • Septicemia (cause by Gram-negative bacilli)
  • Gynecologic infections (in combination with anaerobic coverage)
  • Nebulized aztreonam is indicated for treatment of respiratory symptoms in cystic fibrosis (CF patients with FEV1 of 25-75% of predicted) with P. aeruginosa
